stories!

As she approached my friends and me, I froze. I was looking all kinds of ghetto! I was barefoot and when I opened my mouth to talk to her it sounded like gibberish. She looked at me like I was dumb, and just walked on. The hottest girl in school probably thought I was stupid. I liked her my whole life and now she thought I was dumb. At least I didnt invite her in. She might have seen my room with all of my favorite cartoon characters on the wall. Let me explain my love for her.

It all started in kindergarden. I saw her and my mouth dropped! she was hot and I liked her ever since and I remember for valentines day I made her a homemade chandelier, but I ended up breaking it because I didn't think that she would like it. But she got alot of valentines anyways, so it didnt really matter.

Now were older and I still like her. She still walks by my house everyday, and I still run inside to hide from her so she wont see my ghettonness. I dont see myself liking anyone but her, ever, but I hope that we can get married. Someday maybe it will happen.

swine flu

I've done my research and this is what i found out....Swine flu is also called hog flu and pig flu. Swine flu is common in swine in the Midwestern part of the United States. It is said that swine flu is rare in humans, but people who work with swine are at risk of catching swine influenza. The H1N1 form of swine flu is one of the descendants of the Spanish flu that caused a pandemic in humans from 1918-1919. The virus is constantly changing which avoids the protective antibodies that people have developed in response to the previous exposures that they have had. This new outbreak of swine flu is due to a new type of swine flu known as influenza A virus subtype H1N1 that comes from reassortment of one strain of human influenza virus. It is not known where the origins of this new strain come from but the World Organization for Animal Health reports that this strain isn’t just in swine. It can pass from human to human with ease because it is and unidentified mutation. Swine flu causes only mild symptoms and the person that is infected can make a full recovery without requiring medical attention and without the help of antiviral medicines....that was my extra credit for the anatomy quiz.
